Is there a Christmas Wonderland? Yes. Saxony. It's the country with hundreds of years of traditions and customs. Until today, they are acted out in such a variety that one can truly speak of the largest density of Christmas events in Germany. While in other places "Christmas" is defined by the Christmas markets, in Saxony one can experience some Christmas traditions throughout the year - in manufactures, exhibition workshops, museums, exhibitions and at numerous events. Unfortunately, Christmas time will probably be very different this year. As we are not able to assess whether Christmas markets will take place, and if so, which ones and when, we are all the more happy to bring you the magical Saxon Christmas atmosphere to your home, at least virtually, and set the mood for the up-coming festive time of year.
