The former dwelling of the pianist and composer Eugen d'Albert (1864-1932), star student of Franz Liszt, is famous for its thematic seasons that unite chamber music and literature. From 1891 to 1895, composer Eugen d´Albert and pianist Teresa Carreño lived together at "Villa Teresa" in Coswig on the outskirts of Dresden. The musical legacy of both these personalities is kept in Villa Teresa.
